There are three types of Classes available at Stone Pilates with classes currently capped at 4 participants:
Signature Reformer (60 mins)
A beginner class suitable for all levels of ability. A class which focuses on the basic principles of Pilates and builds a strong foundation. Perfect for those new to Pilates.
Level up Reformer (60 mins)
An intermediate class designed for those who want more challenge and pace. Please do not book this class unless you have attended at least 5 signature classes or have been invited to join. Not recommend for beginners or those with injuries.
Jump Reformer (60 mins)
The classes are designed to get your heart rate up between core building pilates exercises. It mixes intervals of jumping using the jumpboard, meaning you burn calories and build cardiovascular endurance. The classes are low impact on the joints (and pelvic floor) yet high energy and fun. Jumping develops and strengthens the fast twitch muscles without compression, helping improve speed, agility and power.

Pilates is a very precise form of exercise and the differences in movements can be incredibly subtle. Private reformer Pilates sessions enable the highest level of supervision and guidance, therefore yielding faster results. Using the reformer equipment provides challenge, progressive resistance and support to the Pilates repertoire.
Privates sessions are the ultimate package in self care. The individual attention means these session can be completely tailored to your body and at your pace. If the prospect of joining a group class sounds daunting why not try a private session to get to grips with the foundational movements and understand what Pilates is all about. I recommend anyone new or old to Pilates to book a private session, it will be invaluable to your practice.
Sessions are held by appointment only and last 60 minutes. Ideal for all levels of fitness.
These sessions allow you and a friend, partner, work colleague or family member to work together in a personalised session. They are a great way to stay motivated whilst experiencing the many benefits of a private session with the added benefit of lowering your cost.
